Our story
How we got our start? In 2015, after two years of research, development, samples, molds, and hundreds of hours of design, ideas became products and Cangshan Cutlery was born. The Cangshan logo was handwritten by Henry’s dad and his values and vision, passed down to his son, are the real spirit of everything we do. What makes our product unique? Each blade goes through an (ultra6) stage heat treatment ensuring every blade maintains it strength and function. Hand sharpened to a 16-degree angle per side.
